    Learn the fundamentals of the game and have fun doing it.  tc hoops offers a high energy workout while learning all the basic concepts and techniques of the game of basketball.  Shooting, Passing, Dribbling ("THE TRIPLE THREAT") and Defending - learn it all and become an improved player.

semi-private lessons (2 players - 3 players - 4 players)

(format: an intense & demanding workout on individual & 1-on-1 skills)

  • 1 week: 5 - 1hr sessions = 5hrs of instruction

  • focusing on player specific position & skills needs

  • shooting technique, individual scoring moves

  • defense, ball-handling, & agility

  • concepts of developing a players mentality

 

team workouts (6 players - 8 players - 10 players)

(format: conditioning, drills, vital game strategies and team building concepts)

  • 2 weeks - Combine 1 week sessions into 2 : 10 - 1 hr sessions = 10hrs instruction

  • clinic can be modified to be position specific  - perimeter & interior

  • develop proper shooting technique & scoring - individually & team oriented

  • scoring tutelage - individually & team oriented

  • defensive concepts, rebounding, & all-around game strategies discussed for better understanding the game
